Do I approve the video before credits are used?+
Yes. Planning and generation costs are shown separately, and credit-consuming actions require confirmation before they start.
Can I create a whole series?+
Yes. Set one theme, episode count, visual identity, and publishing rhythm. Surreel creates a reviewable episode map before video generation.
Does Surreel post to social platforms?+
Live social posting is not enabled yet. The current publishing area is a clearly labelled sandbox, while finished reels can be downloaded for manual posting.
Can I use my own media?+
Yes. You can upload images, video, and audio to your workspace and reuse them across reels and series.
What happens if generation fails?+
Reserved credits are returned automatically when a generation or render start fails.
